Our brain contains more than 100 billion cells. It is more powerful than the most powerful computer ever created. Recognize and use our brain properly. Scientists say, most people only use 2% of the power of our brains. And much more space has not been explored.
"Many of us have low self esteem issues, which tells us that we are not as good as other people, other people better than us and we are not unable to do something great."
As long as we have this self esteem problems, and sabotage ourselves with negative thinking, we will never be able to discover the true potential of our brain.
"So, the first step is, change our mind setting and sound within ourself, not other people voice. Often, it is the voice of ourself that sabotage and said we can not do this and that."
So appreciate our brains. What we think is what we produce.
