Are You Happy?

Life is full of surprise. Today you are happy and the next day, you are sad, then you laugh, and then something happen and you get frustrated. But that is all what life is about. We can't be happy all the time, tell me if you never get sad.

How do you overcome your sadness? Did you let it control you, your every action? Or do you control your sadness.

I have few tips to overcome your sadness, it is what I practice all the time. It is not tips to make you happy all the time because as a human, no matter how perfect you are, no one can be happy all the time.
Here are the tips:-
  1. Take a deep breath
  2. Close your eyes and imagine those good things ever happen in your life and that can bring a smile on your face. Appreciate those moments.
  3. Do something that get you busy and you love. Do you love to watch comedy? Do you love to read? Grab something and make yourself busy.
  4. Everytime those sad things came to you, try to look at diffrent side of it. If you break up with your boyfriend, think about your freedom to go out with your friends again. If your house has been rob, think about how you want to make your home more safer. Think of all the fun ways to make things better in the future.
  5. talk to someone. Sometimes, we need someone to listen to our problems. They don't have to give any advice or comment. All you need is their ears. Pour out everything. You will feel better.
